    Satya Nagchampa is a symbol of traditionally hand-rolled masala agarbatti (Incense) made with the finest organic ingredients. It is an exotic concoction collected from the natural extracts of flowers and spices of India.

    Being the pioneer of Masala incense (Agarbatti), Shri Satyam Setty invented a wide range of innovative products. The launch of “Satya Nagchampa Agarbatti” from Shrinivas Sugandhalaya LLP, Mumbai created a global market revolution in the late seventies.

    The company has also made a foothold in the niche market by supplying a wide range of lifestyle products like body oils, candles, car fresheners, fragrance oils, massage candles, room fresheners, sachets etc.

    Challenges Faced

    House of Nagchampa is a well-known Incense sticks brand in India, owned by two business competitors running the same brand name at different locations one in Mumbai (India) and the other in Bangalore (India). The Client expected optimized organic search engine rankings as it drives more customers to their website. Before SEO, their website ranked below for the most commonly used search terms; the website suffered from huge bounce rates and several internal pages were not indexed on the search engines.

    Another of the biggest challenges here was to increase the website visibility and ranking on search engines which was conquered by the SEO Experts at FinPlus.

    Solution

    We conducted the SEO audit on their website to identify the major Grey areas that were to be focused on first hand; during our audit, we identified their targeted keywords through extensive keyword research using Google keyword planner and other search tools.
